Passap machine knitting instructions for a pair of elastic waist child’s shorts

Materials
130 g “medium cotton yarn (novelty)”(420m per 100g) : 20 g royal blue and 110 g white.
Approx. 60cm waist elastic

Test square
Stocking stitch: 100 sts = 37 cm, 100 rows = 24 cm

Knitting Machines
The stitch sizes given in this model book are for the DM80 and E6000 Passap knitting machines. To use this pattern on an earlier “Pinkie” use half a stitch size smaller.

By following the schematic, this pattern can be adapted for use in other standard gauge knitting machines.
