Passap machine knitting instructions for a cold shoulder top knit in stripes alternating single bed tuck and stocking stitch. The straps are knit in tubular stocking stitch. The neck is finished with a band of stocking stitch, while the armholes are hemmed to the inside

The “!” means that this is one of the “quick and easy to knit garments”.

Errata Note The pattern requires the front bed left arrow to be selected for the AX pattern to work. It can be left selected throughout (ie there is no need to take it off for the GX/N rows). A corrected pattern set up is shown here with red arrows added

Materials
250 g “medium cotton, medium cotton/linen mixture” (310m per 100g)

  • 100 g grey cotton/linen
  • 70 g pink cotton pink
  • 80 g yellow cotton.

Test square
In GX/AX← , GX/N stripe pattern : 100 sts = 38 cm, 100 rows = 17 cm

Knitting Machines
The stitch sizes given in this model book are for the DM80 and E6000 Passap knitting machines. To use this pattern on an earlier “Pinkie” use half a stitch size smaller.

By following the schematic, this pattern can be adapted for use in other standard gauge knitting machines.
