Make 2 sections, connect at the shoulders and side seams,
Unisex style: sleeveless sweater for women, vest for men,
Pattern # 2948,

Work with 2 strands of ww yarn
OR
4 strands of dk yarn
OR
1 strand of chunky yarn.

I used 7 mm needles, but you could also use 8 mm without
too much difference in size, just a bit more ease.

MATERIALS:
Ww yarn (Red Heart Soft, worked 2 strands)
Or Bernat chunky yarn
(I used Red Heart Soft, 2 strands)
(XS - 540 yds; 5xl: 1300 - 1350 yds)
( based on a 20” long top; you will need more yarn for a longer top)
7 mm knitting needles, (NO US equiv.) (or 8 mm)
Yarn needle
Ruler or measuring tape
