This pattern is available for free.

Passap machine knitting instructions for a man’s saddle shoulder sweater knit in a double bed tuck pattern. The sleeves and back are knit with Deco punch card 19 and AX←/AX← in a 2 row stripe pattern using 1 strand of angora alternating with 3 strands of 3 different colours of acrylic. The front is knit with the same stitch set up but with hand manipulation to make the pattern as shown in the photo.

The collar is knit with 1x1 rib and short rows.

Materials
560 g altogether:

  • 200 g Angora yellow (800m per 100g)
  • 120 g Acrylic (1000m per 100g) of each : brown, rust, mustard, all three used together.

Test square
In AX←/AX← pattern as per diagram: 100 sts = 38 cm, 100 rows = 15 cm

Knitting Machines
The stitch sizes given in this model book are for the DM80 and E6000 Passap knitting machines. To use this pattern on an earlier “Pinkie” use half a stitch size smaller.

By following the schematic, this pattern can be adapted for use in other standard gauge knitting machines.
