The name 2x2 Feet is a play on space and pattern, making this sock a fun take on the two by two ribbing. I love a good easy to memorize pattern that adds texture but not difficulty to my knitting.

I have learned that I knit a little different from most knitters, I do not count my rounds, I measure my length. So this pattern does not give you round counts to knit by, it gives inches/ centimeters. It is a user friendly pattern that can easily have the cast on, heel, and toe swapped out for one of your preference.

This uses 2.5mm/ US 1 needles for a gauge of 8 stitches to an inch (2.5 cm) with cast on of 56, 64, or 72 stitches.
You will need between 50-100 grams of fingering weight sock yarn.
