This cowl is knit flat using only one color per row, and only using knit and slipped stitches. It’s finished with a seam using mattress stitch after blocking. You will cast on the total width, so if you want to adjust the circumference, you’ll need to adjust your cast on amount.

Size: small - 20” diameter and 11” high (neck warmer style)
Large- 44” diameter and 7” high (infinity scarf style)

Gauge: 6 sts and 10 rows =1” in garter stitch

Yarn :
Fingering or sport weight to get 6 sts per inch in garter stitch in 3 colors.
Color A - dark (charcoal) ( approx 150 yds for the small, 215 yds for the large)
Color B - light (Chartreuse) (approx 125 yds for the small and 180 yds for the large)
Color C - medium (teal) (approx 175 yards for the small and 250 yds for the large)

Needles: US #6 24” needle or longer for the small cowl, 32” or longer for the large cowl (or size needed to get gauge)
