Warning – abstract! ;D
For the giraffe enthusiast who already has everything else.
Inspired by stylized animal figures this giraffe trio is a true highlight in every modern home.
Have fun with the colors. Whether lifelike or brightly colored - anything goes.
All steps are explained in detail in words and pictures, so this pattern is suitable for beginners as well.
This pattern contains 9 pages of crochet instructions and 28 pages of detailed step-by-step instructions.
Used techniques (US crochet terms): magic ring, chain, slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet, increases and (invisible) decreases, crocheting in front loops and back loops – explained, changeing yarn-color (explained), surface crochet (explained).
The figures are crocheted in continuous rounds/spirals as well as back and forth in rows.
The Giraffes get to be 21.5 cm, 26.5 cm & 31.5 cm tall (with 3.0 mm hook and DK yarn like Puppets Lyric 8/8 or 2 strands of Sport yarn like Catania Originals).
You need it smaller or bigger? No problem! Simply use lighter or heavier yarn.
