This is a 30-day Mindfulness-Journey Crochet Pattern. Including a PDF pattern with daily step-by-step instructions (with pictures) detailing how to make the crochet dragonfly along with a daily mindfulness prompt. This dragonfly is made up of crochet rectangles that are then layered to make a 3D design much like paper quilling. It is a perfect project to learn how to crochet due to only single crochet stitches used and no increasing/decreasing! (or the dreaded magic ring/circle)

Included with the pattern are 30 prompts (either gratitude prompts, self-reflection prompts, or bible verses). The idea is one rectangle and one prompt a day (so about 15 minutes of meditation/mindfulness/prayer a day) for 30 days, and at the end, you will have a mindfulness dragonfly friend. ⁣⁣Keep in mind that if this is one of your first crochet projects, it may take longer than the 15 minutes a day, as you will be learning. The files (3 PDFs, each with a different prompt type) will be available immediately after purchase.

I used worsted-weight yarn with a 5.5mm hook for the photos, however, any weight can be used as long as the yarn type and weight are uniform between all colors used.
