#310 Eliza Cowl
Chunky yarns paired with lace are a perfect combination, as evidenced in this quick-to-knit bold cowl. This particular lace creates beautiful waves that are highlighted even more by alternating two colors.
The cowl is seamless as it is worked entirely in the round from the bottom up. Equal amounts of two colors work nicely, as would a single color or even four colors. This cowl is also a great stash-buster if you have multiple colors of super bulky yarn on hand.
The lace stitch pattern is charted and written out, and only uses basic increases and decreases.
Approximate yardage required: 80 yds / 73 m each in Colors A and B; 160 yds / 146 m total.
Gauge: 12 sts = 4 ¼“ / 11 cm and 12 rows = 2 ¾” / 7 cm in lace patt, blocked
Shown in Purl Soho Super Soft Merino. Yarn substitutions listed above.
