Seed stitch borders the lace front and stockinette back panel of Carron’s lace dickey knit in two strands of brushed mink ‘Mimi’ from Lotus Yarns/Trendsetter Yarns. The shoulders are shaped and joined with a three-needle bind-off; the collar is then worked from held stitches in the round.

This lace and seed stitch dickey features a turtleneck that can be worn with either side as front. It appears as one of three designs in a special article by Cathy Carron, The Return of the Dickey.
