#349 Reese Shrug
For all those times you just need a little something to get the chill off of your arms, this little black shrug becomes the perfect piece. It also coordinates beautifully with the matching #348 Reese Camisole or the #307 Raven Camisole.
As a knitting project, it’s a nice way to knit up something fairly quickly that will complement many outfits.
The shrug is knit in one piece, starting bottom up with the back ribbing. It then transitions to the plain knit up to the shoulders. The fronts are split and finished separately down to the underarm, with neckline and side shaping.
Sleeves are then picked up and knit down, with ribbed cuffs to echo the ribbing of the back.
Sleeve and short side seams are sewn to finish.
Shown in size S in Garnstudio DROPS Cotton Merino. Yarn substitutes suggested.
