This is a PDF pattern to make the cute stars shown in the picture. It gives directions for making a star that is approximately 12 cm in diameter, but includes some advice on making larger sized stars, as well as conversions between US and UK notation.

Materials required are yarn and a crochet hook - the pattern specifies double knitting yarn and a 4.00mm hook (UK 8, US 6) but it will work well with other options too.
