This 3d Poppy Pattern was inspired by the annual efforts of the service men and women that raise funds for the Royal British Legion, and designed to help them with their noble quest.

Size: Finished Poppy is approx. 6cm diameter and is designed to curl for the 3d effect.

Intermediate crochet skills required, fiddly in places.

Tension is not critical for this project.

I have made these poppies using both 4-ply and DK weight yarn, with appropriate hook size. They turn out beautifully.
