The 3D Urchin was made for inclusion in a Coral Reef scene.

You can vary the finished size of the urchin by adding more rounds or choosing thicker or thinner yarn (and even threads).

Small balls (skeins) of yarn can be used up for this project. It is a great stash-buster project.
