This is an easy reversible scarf. It is great for the beginning knitter who feels comfortable with the basics of knitting and wants to try something new. Something that makes their project look unique and makes them feel special!

This scarf pattern is only 4 rows. Three of the rows are simple ribbing. The other row has a mock cable in place of the k2 part of the ribbing.

Mock cables go by a variety of names. You might have heard of baby cables or the right twist stitch. All of these are the same stitch.

There is a YouTube link on my downloadable pattern showing how to do the mock cable stitch.

Happy knitting!
