4-Strand Cable Tiebacks

Gauges: 1row sc = 1/4”; 40rows dc/trc = 20”; 44rows dc/trc = 22”; 45rows dc/trc = 22 1/2”
This is a great way to use up scrap 3ply yarn. Pattern calls for two-strands to be held together throughout. You choose the colors. Pattern may be worked with fewer or additional rows to adjust length.
Cable stitches are worked aroung the ‘post’ or stem of the stitch below. Trc used in cables to maintain row tension/height uniformity; also eliminates bunching.
You’ll need a tapestry needle and stitch markers.
