29 stitches and 30 rows to 10 cm (4”), over bodice pattern, 22 stitches and 28 rows to 10 cm (4”), over stocking stitch, both on 4 mm needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles, if more use thicker needles.

To fit chest:
(0-9 months: 41-46cm / 16-18”), (9-24 months: 46-51cm / 18-20”), (2-3 years: 51-56cm / 20-22”), (4-5 years: 56-61cm / 22-24”), (6-7 years: 61-66cm / 24-26”).
