Pattern is Japanese but fully charted using standard crochet symbols.

Hook: Japanese size 7.5/0 = 4.5mm, between US G-6 (4.0mm) and US H-8 (5.0mm).

Blue ブル— (462) 5g
Baby Blue ベビ—ブル— (439) small amount
Light Gray ライトグレ— (486) small amount
