Gauge:
10 stitches and 20 rows to 10cm (4“) over stocking stitch using 6mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

Sizing Information:
To fit chest:
(2-3 years: 56cm / 22”), (4-5 years: 61cm / 24”), (6-7 years: 66cm / 26”), (8-9 years: 71cm / 28”), (10-11 years: 76cm / 30”).

Hat:
To fit an average sized head for the age indicated.
