18 stitches and 25 rows to 10cm (4”), over stocking stitch on 5mm needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

To fit chest:
(1-2 years: 54cm/21”), (3-4 years: 56cm/22”), (5-6 years: 61cm/24”), (7-8 years: 66cm/26”).
