22 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm (4”), over stocking stitch and pattern on 4mm needles. 20 stitches and 38 rows to 10cm (4”), over garter stitch and Fisherman’s rib on 4mm needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

To fit chest:
(3-6 months: 41cm / 16”), (6-9 months: 46cm / 18”), (9-12 months: 51cm / 20”), (12-24 months: 54cm / 21”), (3 years: 56cm / 22”).
