This pattern comes in sizes from newborn up to age 4:
Under 6 months, (20 inch chest)
6 to 12 Months, (23 inch chest)
1 to 2 Years, (27 inch chest)
2 to 4 Years. (30 inch chest)

You will need a size 6.5mm (US K 10.5) hook, and worsted weight yarn.
Sweater works in one piece from the neck down. No seams.
