This pattern provides instructions for baby hooded blankets in the styles of a shark, bunny, mermaid and monster, knitted in King Cole DK yarn.

Gauge:
18 stitches and 40 rows to 10cm (4“) over garter stitch using 5mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

You will need a small amount of toy stuffing, stitch markers, Stitch holders and a darning needle for sewing.
