A fun-to-knit hat that employs a slip stitch knitting technique to create the winter pattern. The hat uses worsted weight yarn: 150 yards of main color yarn and 125 yards of contrasting color. A slip stitch chart is included in the pattern. The hat in this picture uses Plymouth Jelli Beenz for the main color and Plymouth Encore Worsted as the contrasting color. The star buttons used on the treetops are optional.
