This pattern provides instructions for two styles of women’s ponchos, knitted in King Cole DK yarn.

36 stitches x 28 rows to 10cm (4”) over Mock Cable when not stretched. 22 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm (4”) over irish moss- stitch, using 4mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.
