My newest blanket design received such an enthusiastic response on Instagram that I was persuaded to host a crochet-a-long (CAL) so we can all enjoy making it together. Wanna know how to participate?

1. Grab your pattern here.
2. Join my Felted Button Crochet Community here, where the CAL will be hosted. It officially begins on Jan 2, 2019 (see schedule below)

4. Gather your yarn. The sample blanket used about 3700-3800m/4050-4150yds of DK yarn. You can find links to locate your yarn in my blog post.

The pattern includes:
~14 page thoroughly tested written pattern of each of 5 panels including joining and border
~placement diagram
~stitch abbreviations (US terms)
~detailed special stitches section
~complete materials list including all yarns used in the sample
~picture section detailing the motif/join-as-you-go and a technique for tidier color changes

Materials:
~22 balls of Scheepjes Riverwashed--one of each color
~5 balls of Scheepjes Colour Crafter (Main Color) (Note: Nearly all of the main color was used in the sample so check gauge or buy additional yarn.)
~4mm crochet hook (or the size needed to obtain correct gauge)
~Approximately 3700-3800m of DK/sport weight yarn were used.

Skill Level: Experienced (but very achievable for a less-experienced, adventurous crocheter who is wanting to learn a few new skills and techniques)

Dimensions: 55” x 64” (140cm X 163cm) with border
