Double braided Polyester rope (Nylon rope will be too soft and difficult to work with) 6mm thick - found at hardware stores.
4 strands (2 skeins) of 100% cotton yarn, Fingering weight
1 skein additional color (optional)
Crochet hook, size 5.
Crochet hook, size 2.25
Fabric adhesive.
Tapestry needle.
Scissors.
8-9 small clips.
