This pattern provides instructions for Christmas in styles of a blanket, hot water bottle cover, socks and a toy, knitted in King Cole Pricewise Twirly DK yarn.

Gauge:
21 stitches and 36 rows to 10cm (4“) over fisherman’s rib using 4mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension.

22 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm (4“) over stocking stitch using 4mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension.

Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.
