This jacket is constructed “butterfly” style. The body is cast on from the front border and then knit around the body in one piece with two armholes. The front sections are long and the back section is a bit more narrow to create the swing butterfly Flair. The body is knit in Soffio, a luscious blend of Merino and Cashmere fibers that are injected into an elastic base. The sleeves and are knit and set in. The collar is knit with Spirit, Merino, Cashmere and Silk all chained together to be kept light. The colors are dyed to match each other. The collar is knit like a scarf and then sewn on to the body to create a soft shawl collar.
