This adorable pattern is part of my Storybook Collection. It is made using a US Size 6/16” Circular Needle and worked in the rounds. I also used Size 6 double point needles for decreasing & a bIunt needle to help make the tassle. I have included 2 sizes: a child size fitting approximately 3-10 years of age & an adult size. I knitted this out of Berroco’s Vintage DK yarn, but you could knit it out of any DK weight yarn of your choice. The adult size was knitted out of 1 color, but I used 2 colors for the child size…..one for the body and the other for the trim, giving you more individualizing options. I used only 1 skein & had enough yarn leftover to make a headband or bracelet, or to use as trim on another project. This is a great pattern for the intermediate knitter!!
