Meet our knit ornaments. Ladybug, Tiny Bee, Bunny, Mouse, Owl, Penguin and Turtle. All of them are cute and would look perfect on your tree, hanging from your phone or off a backpack.

These patterns are suitable for moderate level knitters and assumes an understanding of basic stitches and standard knitting terms. The Tiny Bunny and the Tiny Bee knit up very tiny ornaments and can require a lot of patience and knowledge of knitting small things to achieve. It is not for all knitters. But if you keep at it, you just might find a hidden love for tiny things!

Our ornaments are knit flat and sewn together using a mattress stitch. The Tiny Bunny, Mouse and Penguin pattern requires an understanding of short rows.

These ornaments are idea for using up small amounts of yarn (1-8 m). All our patterns are designed using medium weight yarn, using 4 mm (US size 6) needles. Please see each individual patterns for yarn requirements. You will also need a small amount of yarn for embroidering the face, stuffing (we use ecofil or wool) and a tapestry needle to sew your ornament together.

The beauty of knitting stuffed friends is that this pattern can be knit in any size yarn with accompanying needles. Generally we find using a size or two smaller needles than required by the yarn allows for the tightness needed when you’re stuffing your finished product.
