This listing is for an original crochet pattern designed by SugareeCo. This unique and groovy top is the perfect addition to your handmade wardrobe. The pattern shows you how to make the 70’s inspired butterfly top of your dreams!
The pattern is written in a way that sizing can be completely customizable. It includes recomendes sizing guides and is made to measure making it SIZE INCLUSIVE!

Although it is beginner friendly experience with graphagans is needed. If you haven’t done any graphagan/ color work before I highly recommend checking out some YouTube tutorials before hand! The pattern features lots of step by step photos making it easy to follow. The yarn used for this pattern is acrylic worsted weight but you can also use a cotton yarn if you prefer.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
5mm hook
Stitch marker
Tape measure
4 different colors of yarn (worsted weight/weight 4)
Worsted weight (4) yarn
Color examples:
Cream - (main color)
Burnt Orange - (outer wing)
Soft Yellow - (inner wing)
Chocolate Brown - (butterfly body)
You’ll need between 4 - 7skeins (1,520 - 2,660yards) of color A for the main part (depending on the size), ½ skein (190 yards) of each color B and C for the wings, and less than a half a skein of colors D for the butterfly body.
