A Blouse for a Song
This pattern is
available for free.
A charming blouse for spring and summer which costs only 5/ is something of a bargain. At least we thought so, and here it is.
Our expert knitted it in crisp cotton and the stitch is a simple lace rib. The fashionable U neck is outlined with a picot edge to match the sleeves. It should take you about 30 knitting hours to complete.
MATERIALS: 5 balls No. 8 crochet cotton; 1 pair of No. 11 and 1 set of 4 No. 12 knitting needles; a No. 4 steel crochet hook.
MEASUREMENTS : Bust :34 to 36in.; length : 19in.
TENSION : 9 sts. and 11 rows to 1in. on No. 11 needles.
