“I am a wolf, and will not be afraid”

I designed this cowl to visually follow the journey and evolution of Arya Stark. (Game of Thrones) From Winterfell as a young girl with fire in her veins, lost trying to figure out who she is and what she’ll do with it, to the amazing young woman she becomes, Arya is one of my favorite characters because she’s a bad ass…and this is a bad ass cowl. And its hella warm. Thank goodness, because we all know winter is coming.

If you follow my design exactly, it will involve Mandala cake surgery. You can buy 3 colors individually, but I found the challenge of the cakes to be much more appealing.

You will need!
-US 8 (5 mm) circular needles
1 cake of Centaur
1 cake of Chimera
OR 3 colors Purple/greyish/brown, green, and beige. Because of the splicing it was hard to estimate the yardage of each color, but I would aim for at least 300 yards of each color to be safe.
-a stitch marker
-needle to weave in ends
