A Dash Of That
This lovely top down crescent shawl starts with a few stitches and gently grows stockinette with occasional rows of unique mosaic “dash” stitches to keep it fun and interesting. It ends with a clean and simple 2x2 rib. Also, the top edge is finished off with a clean edge as well. (No garter edge with huge yarn-overs)
A Dash Of That works up quickly on size US 7/4.5mm needles (hem US 6/4mm) with any 100g hank of fingering yarn (437yds/400m) and just a dash of some scrap yarn.
The crescent shape is a favorite because it’s so easy to wear and this light and drape-y accessory is sure to be a favorite.
And what makes it even better is that the holidays are right around the corner and this makes an incredible gift knit.
