This hat has been created with some texture and design features in mind to give a fresh look to the messy bun hat. It is a quick and easy one skein hat pattern that you’ll enjoy making as a beginner or advanced crocheter.

This pattern comes with instructions for the following sizes: Teen/Small Adult, Average Adult and Large Adult women’s sized beanie hat. It also has 2 sets of directions for making this hat with either a heavier worsted weight yarn or with using a bulky weight yarn.

Lion Brand Landscapes and Loops & Threads Powdery both work beautifully with this pattern and the only other item that is required to complete this pattern is your hook - either an I Hook for the worsted yarn or a K Hook for the bulky weight yarn.

Gauge Required for the heavier worsted weight yarns with an I Hook is a 2”x2” swatch of back loop hdc’s that will equal approximately 7 stitches & 4 rows - adjust hook size as necessary to obtain the correct gauge
