Takes only a small amount of yarn. My kids love these little armless/legless amigurumi like toys. My husband was always a little confused by them.
“It’s not a cat. It has eyes and ears and nothing else!”
“It has a collar with a bell!”
At which point my daughter chimed in “It’s cute!”

They are worked from the top down and work up fast.
