This textured washcloth pattern comes with instructions for 3 different weights of cotton yarn; DK, sport, and crochet cotton (thread). Here is a peak at gauge
DK with US 7 needles-17 sts x 30 rows = 4”/10 cm in pattern stitch
Sport with US 4 needles- 22 sts x 40 rows=4”/10 cm in pattern stitch
Crochet cotton- with US 1 needles- 32 sts x 60 rows = 4”/10 cm in pattern stitch.

This pattern does include cables, increasing, and decreasing.
