A Mabon White Oak Leaf
by Kat M.
A very quick and easy project for a cute little Mabon/Samhain/Fall Harvest/Halloween alter or table display. This leaf is designed to crinkle, curl and warp like the real thing and to not lay flat like some other patterns. Thus, it is more a minor focal point of a display instead of fading into the background as most doilies or clothes do.
I used beads randomly to give the piece a bit of sparkly glint. I have linked on how to do the same, it is easier and more fun then stringing them on!
This takes roughly a half of a little skien of Peaches-n-Creme type kitchen cotton and maybe 3 hours of your time.. if you take breaks.
