A Mother’s Hug
A Mother’s Hug is a collaboration with my friend Tabbethia of Long Island Yarn and Farm and the garment of the 3rd annual LIYF and Rainbows KAL. Inspired by a cherished garment from Tabbethia’s late mother, “Mamma Jo“, this layering piece is a tribute to loved ones who are no longer with us. The delicate arrow lace at the bottom represents Tabbethia’s mother’s American Indian heritage, while the comforting farmer’s rib turtleneck symbolizes the daughter who misses her so much. Join us in celebrating the fusion of knit stitches and the profound connection between mother and daughter. It’s more than just a knitwear; it’s a tangible embrace that brings Tabbethia closer to her Mother’s spirit, and it is our hope that it also brings a comforting reminder of a loved one you hold dear,
