Great for the advanced beginner looking to dip their toes in lace knitting. This pattern includes tips and explanations to help the novice lace knitter complete this pattern with confidence. Directions include both a chart and written directions.

I designed this pattern to use just one ball of luxury yarn--you know, that one ball sitting in your stash that was just too pretty to pass up that you’ve been saving but couldn’t find a pattern with a small enough yarn requirement. Or maybe you finished a larger project and have just a little yarn left over that you don’t know what to do with. This pattern uses just under 125 yards (about 45g) of any worsted or aran weight yarn.

Also, because I wanted this pattern to be so beginner friendly, gauge isn’t critical. Just know that if you’re gauge comes out a little smaller, your cowl will be smaller and vice versa.
