Project Description: The perfect tea cozy for Fall, this project will keep your tea hot and decorate your table at the same time! The tea cozy is knit flat in two sections and seamed together to fit your teapot, leaving openings for the teapot handle, spout and lid knob. The ribbed stem covers the opening for the teapot lid knob. Three tendrils of different lengths and a pumpkin leaf are knit and attached to the pumpkin stem.

Materials: US Size 4 (3.5mm) needles, US Size 4 (3.5 mm) dpns, 1 skein each, Brown Sheep Nature Spun Worsted in 3 colorways, French Clay, Orange You Glad and Limestone (two different oranges and one green), darning needle.

Gauge: 4 sts per inch (2.5 cm) with yarn held double in Broken Rib Pattern on US Size 4 (3.5mm) needles.

Size: Fits a 1 quart+ teapot, 19”+ (49+ cm) around and 6”+ (15.5+ cm) tall. Dimensions of cozy: 22” in circumference, 6.5” tall. Adjustable in size.
