A Secret Strawberry Garden
Description
This short-sleeve sweater features a scoop neck and puffy sleeves with box pleats. The bodice is worked in the round to the underarms, then split and knit flat for the front and back. The set-in sleeves are knit flat and attached during finishing, where they’re embellished with knitted strawberries, and crocheted leaves and flowers for a whimsical, 3-dimensional look. Though it may seem complex, the pattern requires only intermediate knitting skills and basic crochet. The crochet elements use simple stitches, making them a great introduction for beginners. This design adds playful sophistication to your wardrobe!
