A Star Ornament was originally published in 2020 as A Star Snowflake. The 2025 version received a significant upgrade:

The pattern has been revised and updated to both simplify the process and provide you with more detailed instructions

Materials
• Any yarn weight
• 4 dpns in size recommended for the yarn
• Tapestry needle (for weaving in the ends)

Notes:

1. The star ornament in the top picture has 4 tiers and is knit with Aunt Lydia’s size 10 crochet thread and US 0 (2mm) dpns. The ornament is about 6.5” (16 cm) point to point.
2. The ornament in the second picture has 2 tiers and is knit with worsted weight yarn and US 5 (3.75mm) needles. The ornament is about 7.5” (19 cm) point to point.
3. It is recommended that you block and starch your star using preferred method.
