For every Etsy and Ravelry purchase you make, I’m going set aside $1 (regardless of your purchase amount. you buy $1 worth of goods, that whole $1 goes) to make a donation quarterly to an organization that plants trees globally to combat deforestation. I will be sharing each quarter where I’ve donated and how much I donate, on my blog deennasrambles.home.blog.

Inspired by the Great Detective in his most recent incarnation by BBC and his invaluable friend and companion, this convertible scarf/cowl has elements of both Sherlock and Watson, with just a dash of Irene Adler. Because really, you can’t the two without the third.

Simple cables and lace, suitable for the beginner lace and cable knitter, the pattern become intuitive after a few repeats. Knit it long to wear as a long scarf/cowl. Knit it short to wear as a cowl.
