A Tale of two headbands

Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
I designed this pattern for the January 2010 Phat Fiber Sample Box “Favorite Authors”, I chose Charles Dickens’ A Tale of Two Cities:
“It was the best of times, it was the worsted of times”
The first headband was created to make use of a lovely single skein of Malabrigo, bought on whim from WC Mercantile in Navasota, TX. I ended up with 30 grams left over and designed the second headband so that I used up every scrap of yarn:
It was a far, far better thing that I knitted that oddment now than I have ever added to my stash before.
