This is how I use up all my worsted scraps, which is why there is no specific yarn or needles listed. Gauge is not super-important here; use needles that create a stretchy, comfortable fabric.

Note that if you are going to donate hats, superwash yarn is recommended and sometimes required, depending on the charity.
