It is an ideal project to use up leftovers as it requires just a small amount of yarn from each colour, and if needed, more colours can be used, accommodating even smaller amounts.

Needles: 4 mm (US 6), DPNs or circulars (or size to get gauge)

Gauge: 20 sts/32 rs in 10 cm/4” in garter stitch
