A cute hat with a simple pattern that knits up quick!

Perfect for beginners to stranded colourwork.

Pattern and Charts contain both child and toddler sizes.

Knit with 2 colours of worsted weight/Aran wool, or you can add a third colour for the water spouts. One skein of each will be enough to knit a hat (probably with enough left over to knit the other size!)

This hat is based on a photo I saw of SavoryKnitting’s ‘Ode to the North Shore’ hat, but reworked for a worsted/Aran weight wool that would knit up faster. The pattern for that beautiful hat can be found at:
