This idea came about because I was wondering what to make my son to take to university next month.

It is a simple rectangle, folded and sewn at the sides. I thought it would be useful for storing notebooks etc. When I gave it to him he said it would also make a brilliant cushion cover!

I didn’t measure tension, but I do knit a bit loose so you may want to go up a needle size if you are a tight knitter
